Founder & Principal
Vijay is a Master's in Mathematics and a Law graduate from Delhi University, with total professional experience of more than 20 years.
He has worked as in-house counsel with reputed corporate houses in automobile manufacturing (Hero MotoCorp), e-commerce (Flipkart and Snapdeal), white goods (LG Electronics) and IT & ITES (HCL).
Before joining as in-house counsel, Vijay was a practising lawyer appearing before various courts, forums and tribunals. He has worked extensively on matters before the Supreme Court, the Delhi, Punjab & Haryana, Allahabad, Karnataka and Mumbai High Courts, and has handled matters before NCLT, NCDRC, CAT and other tribunals.
He has handled complex international and domestic arbitrations arising from high-stake agreements — shareholder, distribution, supply and service agreements — and government tenders (RFPs, RFQs).
Vijay also has extensive experience handling complex criminal investigations by leading agencies such as ED, CBI, SFIO and EOW, having successfully defended FIRs and prosecutions against the management and officials of companies.
